 Leading the compliance domain within RUP and author of the first compliance management fundamentals method product and the first RUP product to support CMMI for development V1.2 standard
 Key contributor to the migration to Rational Method Composer and refactoring of the entire RUP method framework.
 Authored new method content in the area of Data Modeling, Method Engineering, and CMMI v1.1
 Made strong contribution to the refinement of the Rational Method Composer method authoring tool.

 Led ISO certification process for two separate teams in China and California culminating in the ISO 9001-2000 certification of both sites.

 Trained the entire project team at the Burlingame site in following ISO9001:2000 and FDA compliant processes for the development of enterprise software.
 Defined I18N strategy and delivered logging component maximizing ease-of-use, and pluggable to any state-of-the-art logging framework (JSR 47, JRAS)
